Conor McGregor was known for knocking people out straight up KO at the highest levels of UFC MMA. The former double champion here, demonstrating a tweak in his technique, doing something less tight and textbook, to loading up, firing shots off his fascia, harnessing elasticity for his punches. He is looking explosive for sure. Not as explosive as Ryan Garcia or Manny Pacquiao, but he has pop, powerful umpf, he has the ability to hurt someone with these punches for sure. Pair that with his fight IQ and precision, he could really ding someone. He is fighting on the white house card and during this training session his shots look explosive.
