This kick is often called the most powerful kick in martial arts. We demonstrate how to execute the kick at a technical level, common errors, as well as various strategies on how to use this kick in a fight. The kick shown in this video is the Kyokushin Karate version of the kick, but it's usually largely identical between styles and usable in all sorts of contexts, including kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Taekwondo and point-karate.
