This is how to make the easiest Homemade Ofada Sauce Recipe from the scratch. INGREDIENTS For OFADA SAUCE *Assorted Meat(Cow Tripe, Liver, roundabout, Heart, etc) *Ponmo (as much as you want) *1 & 1/2 Cup Palmoil *2 Tablespoon Locust Beans ( Iru) *2 Tablespoon Crayfish Powder *1.5 -2 seasoning Cubes *3-4 Boiled Eggs (Optional) *1 cup Stock or water salt to taste For the Pepper Mix *3-5 big Red Bell Peppers (Tatashey) *8-10 Cayenne Pepper ( Shombo) *3-5 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo) 2 medium size Onions This measurements is just a guide to the ratio. You can mix the peppers in whatever quantity you want. pls note⭕️ If you don't want your sauce to be too hot or peppery, add more Tatashey and Shombo. Also, this is a local Stew so; No CURRY!
